Reviving a historic commercial building.

After the demolition, the only thing left standing were the original walls. Koemans worked closely with local designers Stephanie Hunt and Kim Radowski, and architect Michael Buchholz, to bring their vision to life. This was a challenging project due to the historic nature of the building. The vast majority of work was completed by R M Koemans Construction, Mutcher Construction, Back of the Wasatch Woodworks, and Marsh Painting.

• Matching entry tile pattern to hardwood
• Horizontal beams mapped with hardwood to match follow
• Concrete veneer floor downstairs
• Removing existing loft
• Rebuilding staircase to meet building codes
